01 BIO

From research to executive practice, at global scale.

I hold a master’s degree and a PhD from the University of São Paulo (USP), a post-doctorate from MIT and executive education from Singularity University. I have devoted my career to understanding how organizations build competitive advantage, innovate and transform in contexts of accelerated change.

My work combines research, executive leadership and international experience, supporting organizations in shaping strategy, adopting new technologies and building the capabilities they will need for the future. Along the way I have worked with companies, institutions and leaders on transformation initiatives that connect strategic vision, innovation and execution.

Recognized internationally for contributions to the evolution of management and organizational transformation practices, I believe the strongest results emerge when strategy, technology and people work as one to generate sustainable impact.
